Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Growth in applications from Greater Minnesota by 15%. Minnesota Fringe Festival collects zip code data from all of the festival's applicants to help us understand overall geographic participation. 2: Better support for participating artists and more participation from producers by improving producer training and encouraging more participation. We will aim for a 15% attendance increase. To track workshop attendance, producers sign in at every workshop to collect an accurate head count. In addition to head count, we use producer surveys to assess the quality and effectiveness of our workshops.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Non-metro Minnesota applications increased by 33%. 11 of 24 project applications ended up in the festival. Workshop attendance increased by 19%.
