Increase programming and accessibility for the long term, either through renovating and expanding the current facility, or by relocating to a larger facility. In the short-term, increase programming and accessibility by increasing community partnerships to present off-site shows. Measure number of attendees, participants, and artists involved in activities. Evaluate progress toward achieving the goal of new facilities.

Measurable Outcome(s)

We produced eight shows at Lakeshore and offered year-round theater arts classes, and made progress on our goal of relocating by commissioning professional architectural concept plans for a new facility and negotiating with the City of White Bear Lake on possible donated site locations. Using the plans, we are conducting a feasibility study with key community stakeholders to prepare for a major capital campaign.
