Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Support for visitors to the Walker is enhanced to ensure affordable, accessible, and welcoming arts experiences. Use 'test and learn' methodology for new approaches. Gather and analyze visitor feedback via COVES and surveys. Measure overall experience rating (visitor satisfaction). 2: Access to arts experiences at the Walker is expanded for Minnesotans in communities that have been historically underserved and underrepresented. Metrics tracked across Board, staff, artists, visitors, and partners. Attendance/demographics track participation. Surveys and partner feedback measure inclusion, accessibility, and impact.
