Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

New experiential production launched. Community performances bridge what divides us. Diverse audiences inspired into action by human/climate foci. Development processes, e.g., artists' engagement, company growth, community impact--will be accountable to TLA Board, Advisors, and EDI Committee. Audience feedback surveys will reflect magnitude of inspiration plus readiness to take meaningful action. 2: TLA utilizes new production's vision and strategies to strengthen/expand TLA's infrastructure, board makeup, development capacity, and business model. New diverse leaders serve on TLA Board; re-engineered development/business functions are implemented/evaluated; production's design process/pilot performances reveal its income-generating potential. TLA licenses Nature production to college partners.
