Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

To strengthen operational infrastructure so we can focus resources towards executing and expanding high-quality arts programming. The stated outcome is evaluated by our leadership team, which checks in quarterly to track progress on organizational goals. Qualitative evaluation occurs through staff/artist check-ins and participant surveys.
2: Nearly 90% of our students represent these communities and receive scholarships for classes and their families attend performances. TDP measures outcomes by tracking scholarship recipients' demographics and the number of family members who attend their students performances. This provides access to the arts for all communities.
