Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

More residents of Southeastern Minnesota will connect with live music through performances of large and small ensembles. Ticket/CRM database, post-event surveys, and informal conversations will be used to gather data for evaluation. Staff will analyze first-time and repeat ticket purchasers to learn breadth/depth of reach and program appeal for various audiences. 2: New concert attendees will translate into increased donated support. CRM database will be utilized to identify which new ticket purchasers are becoming donors.
