Be art-forward and people-centered. Through intentional programming, champion art as an essential, unquestionable part of the life of our community. Visitor tracking. User feedback. Establish design criteria and assessment tools for all programming to ensure museum acts as a creative hub for collective experiences and increases likelihood that audiences will view art as necessary and nourishing. 2: Continue free admission. Expand public hours. Prioritize exhibiting more of the collection and making it accessible, both digitally and physically. Visitor Experience Coordinator will invite, document, and share intelligence gathered about the visitor experience with museum colleagues to shape and inform data-based decision making that addresses actual and perceived barriers to participation.
