Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

All Central Minnesotans will have access to a variety of quality arts experiences in the art studios and on the performance stage. The Paramount provides arts experiences to enhance lives and inspire creativity. Programs are rigorously evaluated and considered successful when participation levels are strong, programs meet community needs, and marginalized populations are served. 2: Serving its community with art programs, the Paramount strives every year to ensure all feel welcome and able to participate. PCA increases access and engagement through affordable programs that ensure participation regardless of ability, age or economic situation. Audience surveys collect demographics and measure PCA's ability to reach a wide range of participants.
