Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

NCC will produce nine exhibitions, related engagement opportunities, and programming to cultivate individual growth, development, and community connections. Staff will use both qualitative and quantitative methods to track both engagement and impact with community participants. Most applicable, staff will gather data through individual conversations and confidential surveys following programming. 2: Through various program modes, communities will explore concepts and techniques facilitating conversation, growth, and invigorated connections. Playing observing and active-participant roles, staff will observe and discuss with both Teaching Artists and constituents to collect information and feedback from program participants, one-time and multi-week alike, while noting overarching change.
