Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

To continue hiring and developing Native artists and performing live events in Minnesota. Success will be determined in part by sustaining/increasing the following annual figures: apprenticeships, commissions, productions, event attendance, and artists paid. We also conduct write/oral surveys for the artist's needs and satisfaction. 2: To develop and implement our organization's first-ever strategic plan to set the stage for growth in Minnesota. Success determined by: partnering with a strategic planning consultant, co-creating plan with board, staff and community; implementing the plan, tracking goals; early assessing/ updating approach based on emerging deliverables.
