Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Expand access to puppet arts for neurodivergent youth with developmental and emotional needs by strengthening artist skills and necessary supports. Progress towards this outcome will be measured using knowledge and skills gained by artists and youth, as well as qualitative practice-pattern changes in their artistic practice and performance. 2: Establish a public commons museum space for Minnesotans to learn about the art of puppetry and mask performance and the history of Minnesota artists. Progress towards this outcome will be measured by the total number of visitors to the HOBT Puppet Library and Puppet Clinics and qualitative accounts of knowledge gained.
