Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Hopewell will provide music programs in community spaces, personalized lessons, scholarships, and sliding-scale tuition, breaking financial barriers. Hopewell reviews the effectiveness of programs by tracking data such as enrollment, tuition assistance and lesson progress. Participants provide annual program feedback through surveys. This compiled information guides changes programs. 2: Hopewell will gain a greater understanding of the specific needs of the community through relationships with local organizations, schools, and events. Attendance and surveys at events provide insight into the demographics of people with whom Hopewell is engaging. The community engagement Coordinator will track communications and engagement opportunities.
