Programming at FilmNorth expands to offer deep, rich artistic development for Minnesota artists. Quantitatively, FilmNorth will identify expanded programs and compare participation to programs in prior years. Qualitatively, surveys are given to all participants to measure the quality of programs. 2: More Minnesotans from underrepresented communities engage with FilmNorth programming to tell their stories in their own voice. Quantitatively, FilmNorth will measure participation levels through program registrations. Qualitatively, surveys are given to all participants to measure the quality of programs and accessibility.
