Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

DoPT's artistic programs enrich and connect Minnesota rural communities, fostering strength and vibrancy in social, civic, and economic life. This outcome will be evaluated through participant surveys, engagement metrics, and participatory evaluation strategies. Qualitative assessments will gauge increased social connections, civic engagement, and economic indicators within Southwest Minnesota. 2: DoPT ensures underserved rural Minnesota communities access to authentic, meaningful arts experiences, addressing disparities in representation and resources. This outcome will be evaluated through participant feedback, community engagement metrics, and tracking increased representation and access in underserved rural Minnesota communities using surveys, participation records, and targeted outreach data.
