ACHF Arts Access
Having completed a comprehensive six-month transition program with the founding director prior to her retirement, new director Tracy Hanson will continue a successful leadership transition. We also hope to strengthen DBAA's capacity to sustain the executive director position financially. We also want to bring new art forms to our season to provide an interesting variety of performances aimed to attract new audience segments. This goal challenges us to expand our ticket sales and demographic reach. DBAA will institute an annual performance review of the executive director conducted by the executive committee at the one year mark and each proceeding year. In funding the executive director position, the outcome will be measured by the organization's ability to fulfill the contract financially. The expansion of our reach will be measured by a dashboard that tracks initial targeted metrics along with the results gathered via surveys, sales reports and audience member conversations.
