Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Our goals for 2024-2025 are to increase capacity by adding additional staff who will focus on communications, development to support program growth and outreach. We hope to establish a volunteer base and increase community understanding of our mission and vision. We'll measure the success of our efforts by the number of volunteers we attract and retain, an increase in individual giving, and an increase in overall attendance and participation in our events and activities. We collect surveys throughout the year in the form of handwritten forms available in the foyer. Attendees are encouraged to leave comments/feedback on the backside of the surveys and drop these forms in a designated box. We hope to create an online version of this survey next year so we can track feedback more efficiently over time.
