Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

We use surveys we provide to the participants of our programs to collect their feedback and make improvements to our offerings accordingly. We keep track of the number of concert and workshop attendees and analyze it in relation to the ticket prices, event location, and programming to better understand the needs and interests of our community members. We provide opportunities to share feedback on our programs ? post concert open discussions, gatherings, and Q and As. We communicate with various donors, funders, institutions, and potential supporters seeking information on best fundraising and programming strategies. The information we collect through these channels informs our programming decisions and helps us evaluate our progress toward our mission and vision for our community. Evaluation and assessment are built into our program activities. For our youth camp and adult retreat, the participants help set goals for the sessions and reflect on progress toward those outcomes each day. Practice and performance sessions also include critique by instructors and peers, and instructors provide feedback to the students throughout. We also collect data on an ongoing basis - analyzing and evaluating the number of participants of our programs, reviewing and analyzing the general feedback on our offerings (post attendance surveys) and interest in our fundraising campaigns, analyzing the number of donors and supporters. We also gather feedback from partnering institutions and from independent contractors (musicians, artists, composers) collaborating with TCCC. TCCC musicians are active members of the musical community of northern Minnesota and regularly engage with community orchestras, youth strings students, and other constituents. These relationships inspire programming ideas and inform our plans for the future. ; Most of our annual programs and activities are based in the state of Minnesota, particularly rural northern Minnesota, where we serve communities that lack access to high quality arts and arts education. We partner with other organizations providing a public benefit to Minnesota contributing to the same. We ensure our programs are accessible to the residents of Minnesota and improve the quality of their life providing educational opportunities to youth and adults. We promote the work and provide employment opportunities to Minnesota-based artists, including musicians, composers and arts educators.
