Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

We will build on our new affordable, flexible subscription offerings with a segmentation and targeting study of Highland Park neighborhood. Our segmentation and targeting study will lead us to a positioning statement that reflects a data-centric approach to building audience and creating value that is aligned with our mission, increasing our ability share our programming with Minnesotans. 2: O'Shaughnessy will support and uplift community arts organizations through the production, administrative, and sales services we provide. We will measure our outcome by the number of activities we host, the number of artists served, and the quality of their experiences measured through surveys and debrief sessions following each event.
