Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

RCT will maximize collaboration and shared resources by presenting its own season of programming and supporting independent performance groups. Quantitative: Number/variety of performances and tickets purchased (RCT performances and independent performance groups). Qualitative: Understanding of the success/challenges in using shared resources will identify and implement needed adjustments. 2: RCT will support quality arts experiences to a diverse range of communities in order to engage, inspire, and enhance the lives of its patrons. Quantitative: RCT will track demographics of the audience. Qualitative: RCT will evaluate the impact of performances presented both by independent performance groups and RCT.
