Rochester Art Center will create accessible opportunities for all people to experience art exhibitions and hands-on activities. Rochester Art Center will track participation data and solicit audience feedback. 2: Rochester Art Center will offer a variety of public programs as opportunities for Minnesotans to learn, grow and change. Written, online and verbal feedback will be collected from visitors, participants and artists.
