Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

All Central Minnesotans will have access to a variety of quality arts experiences on an ongoing basis. Following each performance and visual arts class, participants are provided a survey to allow feedback in a variety of areas, including overall experience, registration process, preferences for future events and general comments. 2: The Paramount is helping to revitalize Downtown St. Cloud through an increase in patrons who spend additional dollars with local businesses. Through conversations with other Downtown business leaders, and data from local economic reports, the Paramount will be able to learn if and how businesses are affected by events at the PCA.
