Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

To continue developing and hiring Native American artists living in Minnesota. Success will be determined in part by sustaining/increasing the following annual figures: apprenticeships, workshops, classes, productions, event attendance, and artists paid. We also conduct written/oral surveys for artists' needs & satisfaction. 2: Maintain judicious growth to meet the needs of our growing programs and audiences. Fiscal stability is indicated by diversifying revenues with consistent ticket sales and class fees, and increased foundation grants and total donors.
