Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

TCB will make ballet approachable and accessible by increasing educational outreach programming by 20% over the next four years. TCB will compare the number of outreach programs and participants to previous years, and conduct audience surveys to evaluate the effectiveness of each program and solicit feedback. 2: TCB will return revenue to pre-pandemic levels to secure the long-term stability of the organization. TCB will track fundraising & grant writing efforts, ticket sales, and other revenue streams and compare total income to FY 2019 to determine if revenue has returned to pre-pandemic levels.
