Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Minnesotans participate in meaningful interactions about Irish culture through our programming in music, dance, demonstrations and entertainment. Features/statistics of our events and attendance are tracked and analyzed. Qualitative impacts on the community are collected through survey and evaluation. We analyze guest satisfaction in order to improve and enhance our offerings. 2: We offer a variety of ticketing options with discounts for seniors and youth and give free tickets to the local neighboring communities. Through analysis we've determined that our ticketing policies are affordable and accessible to the public. We measure our ticket sales through a third-party vendor, and analyze and track each of the sales to determine demographical information.
