Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Engage at minimum the same and more community members (10,000) in our community center offerings with a focus on underserved population. The success of programming is measured by community and artist engagement. Therefore, two measurements for outcomes are number of events hosted and involved in and number of artists, artist groups or community businesses were supported. 2: Grow capacity for artist and cultural group support, expand incubation/support capacity by strengthening organizational structures. Success of this outcome can be measured by having established a variety of processes-catered specifically to our organizational needs (streamlined bookkeeping, working with fiscal sponsees, board governance, board meeting facilitation, etc.).
