Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

HOBT will forge authentic engagement with our diverse community through programs that inspire new learning and appreciation for puppetry arts. The outcome will be evaluated by the increase in new and returning program participants--learners, audiences, and artists. Staff and board will collect, review, and assess relevant program data through surveys, observation, and anecdotes. 2: HOBT will explore and implement more ways for underserved communities to participate in arts programs. The number of community members from underserved groups who had not previously participated will increase. Staff and board will collect pertinent data via surveys, observation, and anecdotes to focus on this specific outcome.
