Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Choral Arts Ensemble (CAE) will successfully transition the Artistic Director (AD) position upon the retirement of founding and current AD, Rick Kvam. The Artistic Director position is vital to the success and future of any musical organization. CAE will measure the success of transitioning to a new artistic leader by monitoring singer & patron participation and enthusiasm. 2: The CAE singers, staff, board members, community partners, and audience members will be introduced to a new & different programming style. The ability of the CAE stakeholders to understand and embrace the gradual changes that will be made to position the organization for the future will be reviewed through multiple focus group conversations & participant surveys.
