Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

We are working toward hiring a part time communications coordinator to take on the everyday tasks of promoting productions and art opportunities. This would include website updates, graphic design, a monthly newsletter and distributing press releases. In the next year we intend to devise a fundraising strategy, grow a volunteer base, and streamline communications. We also hope to expand our open hours to 3 days a week, begin offering matinees, and expand our accompanying hospitality to include barista service and hot drinks. We plan to a have steady footing in providing the space, technical support and equipment, artist networks, and administrative structure for artists to grow, as well as be artistically challenged and financially compensated. Follow-up Q and A discussion will take place after each theatrical performance to determine audience and volunteer response. Audience surveys will be available at the front desk and handed to each patron with their ticket/program. Online surveys will be sent out via online tools Survey Monkey and Mail Chimp before and after each season to assess audience response to programming.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Having achieved our initial staffing goals our programming capacity increased. We have hosted local and state-wide artists, musicians, filmmakers and cultural workers. We launched our first ever community-made Autumn Equinox Puppet Parade. A new 2 year ar
