Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

In 2023 we will have an artist install the tiles originally for a bench project on a concrete slab in front of the hospital. We are currently working with the director of Parks and Rec to find an artist to design a 32 X 7' mural for the Fitness Court that will be built this summer in Sperryville Park across the highway from Robins Island. We also continue to provide artists for the Art in the Schools for the Willmar Public Schools. Our membership has not improved as we had hoped, in fact, revenue decreased slightly. This is something we will discuss at our Board retreat. We have two new board members who are very enthusiastic and community-minded, so we're anticipating some fun ideas for new projects. We are planning to have a Board retreat and will work on developing new goals and projects. For most of our events we have a brief written survey we pass around. We feel strongly that it needs to be brief since people don't like filling out long surveys during an event. We also have board and committee members circulate in the crowd and engage with people or just listen for comments. We then have a post-event meeting and record our findings.
