Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Our ensemble will enhance the economic, moral, and social well-being of our performing dancer artists with increased compensation. Veteran performers will be paid an average of at least $30/hour; new, incoming performers will be paid an average of at least $19/hour. Evaluation: Did we do it? What were the challenges? Did we increase well-being and artistic retention.
