Audiences experience relevant live theater that enhances their life experience through the sharing of stories from a wide variety of perspectives. We will evaluate audience perspectives through surveys, discussions and online and in-person comments - paying particular attention to monitor efforts in programming and casting that reflect our commitment to justice, equity, diversity and inclusion. 2: YTT supports Minnesota artists by providing competitive salaries for our staff, thereby increasing the overall quality of our productions. YTT will track wage data to monitor progress in providing competitive compensation and will gather artist feedback to ensure needs are met. We will demonstrate dedication and evaluate artistic quality through critical reception and audience reaction.
Yellow Tree Theatre successfully engaged audiences with relevant live theater that enriched their life experiences. Through a diverse array of stories.
