ACHF Arts Access
Diverse audiences have free access to many new outdoor and indoor art projects and events in many locations on relevant issues around our mutuality. Outcomes measured by demographics of artists and data generated from surveys and onsite conversations with audiences, and from org partners. Visitors zip codes and comments recorded. Data assessed by consultant and participants. 2: Minnesota communities share civic and creative experiences, creating more vibrant social life and economic impact by Triennial participation. Digital and paper surveys will collect feedback from audiences about impact on cities, community, and neighborhood. Artists and 40 org partners will be surveyed for feedback. A consultant will design evaluation tools and aid with assessment.
St Paul residents encounter more sidewalk poems than ever before, in 5 languages, and are increasingly invited to parks for enrichment via expression It is difficult to evaluate the impact of public art directly. However, we do access population and transportation statistics published by government entities that suggest the number of people who encounter our commissioned works. 2: PASP programming aims to raise ecological, historical, and cultural awareness through tailored programming. Feedback collected at events held relating to such cultivation and awareness raising, via interviews, surveys, and observation
