Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

YPC provides sustainable high-quality productions to serve the post-pandemic interests and needs of Minnesota youth and families. YPC will conduct program assessment to measure impact for our youth and audiences, and organizational capacity for programming. We will survey all participants and staff to analyze impact and effectiveness. 2: YPC increases accessibility for class participants and audiences by 20% by 2024. YPC will survey and consult youth, guardians, and local advocates around current resources for increasing inclusion and accommodation in the areas of ADA, sensory, mental health, and other accessibility needs.
