Youth learn circus skills, ways to express themselves artistically, confidence, teamwork and persistence working with CJ's professional coaches. End-of-year surveys of parents and youth that query attitude, skill and behavioral change; coach assessments of skill development. 2: CJ facilitates access to the circus arts for youth regardless of income, ability, cultural or ethnic background, sexual orientation or barrier.
