Measure Net Promotor Score (visitor satisfaction). 2: Arts learning is accessible to audiences with diverse learning needs and from racially, culturally, and socio-economically diverse communities. Attendance/demographics track accessibility and participation. Studies, surveys, interviews, and focus groups measure engagement, learning outcomes, growth mindset, and satisfaction.
