Young Dance curriculum will be evaluated and revised to decentralize whiteness and promote inclusivity regarding race, culture, ability, and gender. Evaluation methods will include counting enrollment, attendance, and demographics across our programs, soliciting feedback from students, parents, and teaching staff via surveys and conversations. 2: Participants from diverse backgrounds will explore individual expression, be in relationship with others, and continue to engage in dance. Focusing on Community Partnership programs, we will count participants and distinct communities served, implement surveys, and conduct class observations, as well as track the number of participants who continue with our classes from these programs.
