TLA will operate effectively and sustainably due to improvements in organization's systems, leadership roles, operational capacity, and EDI culture. TLA's leaders and advisors regularly evaluate progress toward: 1) separating ED/AD roles, 2) fulfilling EDI Action Plan, 3) assessing functions of development, communications, technology for now/future, and 4) ongoing theatrical/artistic projects. 2: TLA's work has greater impact due to inclusivity of artists/audiences. Initiatives/productions demonstrate how TLA's expertise has grown and deepened. Rehearsals/performances are engineered for safety and wellbeing of company/audiences. Policies guide all personnel. Productions/projects reflect issues of the times. Diversity and inclusion are present in TLA productions and the organization.
TLA now operates more effectively and sustainably due to improvements in organization's culture, processes, role clarity, and production management. TLA's leaders and advisors have evaluated its continuous progress regarding ED/AD roles; utilization of the EDI Action Plan; future changes in terms of development, communications, and technology; and 4) implementing theatrical/artistic projects. 2: TLA's production of The Buddha Prince applied EDI practices, and demonstrated favorable effects from an inclusive, authentically connected company. Rehearsals/performances were designed/implemented with highest priority on safety and the company's well-being. An Employee Handbook was created and made available. Company feedback and concerns were regularly addressed.
