Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Engage participants and listeners emotionally and create shared cultural experiences by breaking down barriers to accessing live music. Evaluation: surveys, focus groups, open-ended discussions and talkbacks with patrons and musicians on how the performance impacted them, observation, reviews 2: Provide engagement activities for all ages, levels, and backgrounds that will stimulate interest in music, enhance concert experiences, and educate Tools will vary depending on age/ability of participants. May include numbers served, direct feedback, observation, formative assessments, review of artifacts such as drawings, compositions.

Measurable Outcome(s)

The Mankato Symphony engaged both participants and listeners in live, emotionally charged cultural experiences. The MSO sent out two electronic surveys and made not of patron initiated feedback in the form of emails and conversation. 2: The MSO created live and virtual concert experiences and made them available to all ages and demographics. We made note of numbers served, based on ticket sales and engagement with virtual concerts and social media.
