Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Lyra will be the Midwest's premiere period instrument orchestra while strengthening support of the local community of period instrument players. 1. Track number of musicians hired and musician fees each season. 2. Request regular feedback from musicians through anonymous surveys and/or through their Player Rep. to track musicians' satisfaction with the rehearsal and performance experience. 2: Further develop programming that expands the traditional classical music concert experience to engage audiences in more depth and in a variety of ways 1. Track audience numbers at concerts and number of online viewers. 2. Anonymous audience surveys in-person and online. 3. Observation and conversation with audience members.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Hired 37 Musicians. Tracked number of musicians hired over the course of the season.  2: Audience numbers increased over the course of the season. We saw a consistent increase in audience numbers, as well as audience enthusiasm, over the course of the season.
