ACHF Arts Access
DSSO will increase the accessibility of performances to a wider audience by implementing new programming and marketing strategies. DSSO will evaluate accessibility through increased level of engagement of multi-generational attendees, with a specific emphasis on family inclusion. 2: DSSO will be fiscally responsible and pursue activities that maximize effectiveness and efficiently utilize resources. The Board and Executive Director will continue to monitor cash flow on a weekly basis with a twelve month projection of spending and income. The Executive Director is also evaluating every vendor contract held by the organization.
Throughout FY23, the DSSO saw an increase in attendance for all concerts and events back to pre-pandemic levels. The DSSO tracked attendance at all concerts (both main stage and small ensemble). The DSSO also tracked Total Engagement hours for all activities. 2: The DSSO operated in a fiscal responsible manner, reducing expenses and increasing revenue. The DSSO monitored and renewed financials on a monthly basis with its Finance Committee and full Board. The organization reduced expenses when possible as it evaluated vendors, contracts, and services.
