Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Hopefully in year two we will be able to return to some semblance of normalcy. We will continue with exhibits at WEAC and, hopefully, the Barn Theatre will reopen so we can have exhibits there as well. Hopefully we will be able to host some kind of event in the fall, but time will tell. We will continue to recruit and retain members so that when we can get back to full programming, we will have the financial resources to support it. We will be able to track responses to our Facebook messages and Constant Contact postings, ?hits? on our website and membership growth. These will be closely monitored, recorded and shared at our monthly Board meetings. We will know we have succeeded if membership and volunteerism are increased as a result of our efforts.

Measurable Outcome(s)

We believe we did a fairly good job of keeping our Council in the public eye with mailings, as well as with the publicity we got in both our local newspapers. We produced a brochure that we mailed to over 2,400 addresses highlighting local artists who normally participate in Studio Hop. Receptions for our four exhibits at WEAC were all very well attended. We had an arts activity station for children as part of Willmar's holiday parade, also well attended. Our membership increased slightly so we believe we continue to reach people. We also undertook a large public art project that involved commissioning eight artists to create 4' square barn quilts that are on permanent display at the Barn. The project was very well received.
