ACHF Arts Access
The audience of individuals with disabilities served through Upstream Arts' new online/hybrid programming options will expand and deepen. New/returning participation and relevance/depth of impact will be measured through program evaluations that track participant numbers, past interaction with Upstream Arts, and impact of the programs on individual participants' goals. 2: We will build capacity to run programs with varying delivery formats, including hybrid classes that bring together in-person and online participants. Increased capacity will be measured through evaluation of staff time allocations, new technological infrastructures, and impact of hybrid programs on participants.
Upstream Arts increased its ability to offer programs in a variety of formats (virtual and hybrid), expanding its audience and participants. New/returning participation and depth of relevance and impact was measured through program evaluations that track participant numbers, and impact of the programs on individual participants' goals. 2: Upstream Arts built capacity to deliver programs in varying delivery, including hybrid classes that bring together in-person and online participants. Increased capacity and expertise were measured by tracking hours of trainings that teaching artists received, evaluations following trainings, and rigorous program evaluations conducted with program partners and participants.
