ACHF Arts Access
Alignment of board and staff in a revised strategic direction and diversified resource development plan reflective of current and future environment. Development of measurable key performance indicators for staff and board to follow. Board governance procedures and best practices will be adopted, a 3-yr strategic plan and resource development plan completed, adopted by board and implemented. 2: Red Wing Arts, its artists and activities are a relevant and vital part of the Red Wing community. Increase programming for and participation of diverse groups; create yearly public art project and lead implementation of a public art 5-year plan for the community. Audience data, surveys and media coverage will be used for evaluation.
Revised and implemented strategy, developed and trained board and staff to succeed into the future. Implemented and followed strategic key performance indicators for staff and board. Governance procedures were developed and adopted. Three-year strategic growth and resource development plan are underway. 2: Red Wing Arts and its artists, events and activities are a relevant and vital part of Red Wing community. Collaborative plans are underway for the implementation of public art projects to happen annually through 2027. New strategies are in place to gather public evaluation.
