Minnesotans who engage in Rain Taxi's literary programs widen reading choices, broaden perspectives, and deepen critical thinking. Rain Taxi will gauge outcomes by measuring program attendance, evaluating engagement with its publications through website and social media outreach, and conducting reader and attendee surveys.
