Minnesotans will connect with each other and engage in public spaces that are shaped and transformed by artists. Outcomes measured by number of projects produced, artists engaged, and by audience surveys, conversations, and interviews about their attitude about public spaces and social connections. 2: By engaging in public art experiences, artists and people of all ages, ethnicities, and abilities will be empowered to impact their community. Outcomes measured by demographic of artists and program participants, and by feedback via surveys, interviews, focus groups about artist and participant confidence about impacting their community.
