Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

1. Arts are interwoven into every facet of community life. 2. Minnesotans believe the arts are vital to who we are. 3. People of all ages, ethnicities, and abilities participate in the arts. 4. The arts thrive in Minnesota. The board assesses progress toward goals.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Programs extended to libraries in the Arrowhead region with funding sources to support these. Committed increased resources to strengthen education offerings to support lifelong learning and interweave the arts into community life. This year management and the board made progress. Developed an action plan that results in clear communication within and between the staff, board, musicians, and volunteers. Implemented a major gifts and gift planning program and a well organized annual campaign. There were at least four major gifts this year. The Symphony's financial stability helps assure that the arts thrive in Minnesota.
