Lyra will continue to be the Midwest's premiere period instrument orchestra while supporting the local community of period instrument players. 1. Track number of musicians hired and musician fees each season2. Request regular feedback from musicians through anonymous surveys and/or through their Player Rep. to track musicians' satisfaction with the rehearsal and performance experience 2: Further develop programming that expands the traditional classical music concert experience to engage audiences in more depth and in a variety of ways 1. Track audience numbers at pre-concert talks and concerts. 2. Anonymous audience surveys in-person and online. 3. Observation and conversation with audience members.
Hired 25 musicians. Lyra was able to hire 25 musicians for a series of livestreamed and in-person concerts. Players' Rep. has regularly checked in with artists. 2: Built online audience. In addition to beginning to attract back our in-person audience members (many are still cautious), we were able to expand our online reach through livestreams of all concerts.
