Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

A diverse public enjoys engagement with theater that has adopted a more inclusive approach and an expanded definition of the work product. Track artist demographics and changes in the theatermaking process; track audience participation numbers for work delivered in varied formats, and as possible, audience demographics.

Measurable Outcome(s)

A more inclusive audience benefitted from quality theater that represented different perspectives and explored relevant social/cultural topics. We gathered data and feedback from audience surveys, tracked attendance, reviewed data analytics, and tracked artist demographic diversity.
