Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

DSSO will increase the accessibility of performances to a wider audience by implementing virtual program avenues. The DSSO will continue to promote low cost and free access to our virtual (and hopefully in-person) concerts. This will be evaluated for an increased level of engagement of multi-generational attendees, with a specific emphasis on family inclusion. 2: DSSO will be fiscally responsible and pursue activities that maximize effectiveness and efficiently utilize resources. The DSSO continues to work to maximize its programming utilizing limited resources. The DSSO has a goal of being a 100% cash business with less than $25,000 in payables by the end of June 2021.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Through Virtual Access and lessened Covid restrictions, the DSSO saw an increase in attendance for all concerts and events. The DSSO catalogued in-person and digital attendees to all seven concerts across its 2021-22 Season. 2: The DSSO operated completely on cash during the 2021-22 Fiscal Year and posted a small surplus in the audit of the 2020-21 Fiscal Year. The DSSO monitored cash on hand and accounts payable on a weekly basis, along with calculating several fiscal ratios that demonstrate organizational stability.
