Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

6: ?The infrastructure of arts organizations is strengthened through access to operating funds, professional development and best practices sharing.? Funds will be allocated toward occupancy expense and insurance. The center will offer quality arts programming opportunities for artists and audiences, as well as provide safe, secure storage and liability insurance to participating Partner organizations. Artists presenting at the Art Center, audiences attending arts activities, and Partner groups to the Art Center will access our safe, secure storage, our insurance benefits, and other key administrative services. Visual Artists will have an opportunity to reach new audiences and expand their professional and creative development. Audiences will have access to high quality education, visual arts, and other creative programs. Partner groups will be able to focus on fulfilling their individual missions knowing events are insured, property is safely stored and insured, and key administrative support (e.g., ticket point-of-sale location, post office box, fiscal sponsorship, marketing, meeting space) is provided at a discounted rate well below the market value. Every visual artist will complete a survey evaluating her/his experiences. Success will be shown through the following: a. the artists' experiences with the Center are positive; b. the artists' works enjoy increased visibility; c. and artists create new works for their exhibits at the Art Center. Surveys at events will track the frequency of attendance at art events (first time to multiple times). Success will be shown through the following: a. individuals attend multiple events in a year; b. the majority of surveys indicate that attendees enjoy a positive experience at the Center; c. audience members indicate they are likely to attend future art events at the Art Center; d. and audience members are likely to recommend the Center to others. Staff and Board members will meet with each Partner group annually to ask for specific feedback, discuss areas for success, and assess areas for improvement concerning Partner benefits. Success will vary from group to group but may include the following: a. the ability to sell more tickets to events via access to the Center's credit card acceptance system and to its physical point-of-sale system; b. there will be more spending for programs and less spending on insurance or administration.
